I purchased three fotofacials and completed all three. While the treatment itself wasn’t bad, I only see little results. My issue is with client relations at this spa. The client service is lukewarm, at that. During my consultation I felt that the woman didn’t listen to my needs or desires, simply desired another client. In retrospect, if the consultation would have been decent, clearer, and hospitable, I would have received the care and treatment I desired. The woman who gave me my second treatment was the rudest person I’ve ever met in a customer service position. However, I was trying to be as pleasant as possible because after all, she was about to induce some mild pain for me! After the treatments I was hoping for an “after the treatment” consultation like at most spas where you can discuss your results and possibly a further treatment plan, but there was nothing. I set an appointment to discuss my unhappiness with the overall experience but cancelled…what’s the point? This is such a beautiful spa and it saddens me that a place where people go to be pampered is seriously lacking a warm, welcoming and professional environment.
