The best. I am working in Texas and whenever I return to Detroi I continue to see her. The creams that I have been using for years she make sure that I always have them here in Texas. I would not see anyone but her. She has been my doctor for over 20 years.

I choose this Dermatologist because she is a person of color. I went to her for the removal of dialated mole - it was very small and barely noticeable - in retrospect I do not know why I allowed her to talk me into removing it. Her incision and stitch resulted in a scar on my face where previously it was smooth skin. Her incision was entirely too large and her recommendation for stitch removal was wrong as well. Her incision was not healed closed.
I absolutely would not recommend this person to anyone. She and her staff has no professionalist at all. Did I also mention that they lied about informing me that I would have to pay for lab analysis. Like I would forget something like that. In total, I paid almost $300 for a scar.

My experience at Dr.Thomas' office is the worst health care exchange I have ever had. In addition to being made to wait 2 + hours for each visit, one of the excision she made reopened after the stitches were removed resulting in a costly emergency room visit. I would NOT recommend her to anyone who needs series dermatological attention regarding skin cancer. She is haphazard with the moles she removes, is slow to respond with test results, and a generally unpleasant person who lacks any bedside manner.

This was a horrible experience! When they found out that I didn't have the insurance that they accepted and was paying cash - the practically dismissed me! The waiting room reminds me of an abortion clinic. The schedule way too many people at one time. The staff is horrible! It was a mess. Dr. Thomas herself even had the nerve to tell me to get my insurance right and then come back. My face was already itching and I had apparrent issues that I needed help with but when she told me this - the pain from my face went away and I was so pissed I wanted to sock her in the mouth! I was upset!! I am not even from Michigan and I set up an appointment to be seen while I was vacationing with my family. It was apparent that her goal was to rape my insurance company with fees versus clearing up my face! She gives a bad name to African Americans that are trying to support one another!

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. The staff are worthless, they lie also, the customer service is horrible, I will not bring my son there again, he's been going for a year and put up with this, because when didn't have anywhere to go. The wait in the waiting room is unbarable, you will have to wait a hour and a half before being seen. STAY AWAY

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Some of my questions were answered, but I still felt a little uninformed. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
