Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding. I wasn't very comfortable during surgery - received minimum sedation - procedures were not pain free. Doctor was 1- 3 1/2 hours late for surgery consistently, appointments were rescheduled for inconvenient times/days frequently on last minute basis. Scheduling needs improvement. Seems petty they charge $1 a page to give you a copy of your own records.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating
