I believe that the doctor has no idea that her staff is running her business. Had serious problems that the doctor needed to address and the staff handled it and kept it from the doctor. After months I still have not got a call from the doctor. Now the office called and refuses to give me an appointment. (probabaly so the doctor won't find out what went on.)
