If it were an option I would put no stars. I've been suffering from ovarian cysts for about 15 years and I the beginning they would rupture once a year and now it's every other month. I was let go from my previous Obgyn because they no longer took my insurance. So I was recommended to Dr. Williams from a friend. My 1st appointment was not pleasant. The staff, well most are unfriendly and show no compassion. I sat in the waiting room for 3 yes 3 hrs waiting to be seen, thankfully that day I was not in pain. However after visiting the ER numerous times I had to set up a follow up appointment, to my amazement they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks! Then I tell the receptionist that I'm having severe pain from my ovary because there are 3 cysts that are 3cm and her reply was " that's not that painful". If I could I would've reached through the phone and slapped her! Who are you to tell any patient that?!?! Do you think I would waste a whole day laying in the ER if I wasn't having pain? I have 3 kids and a house hold to maintain, so there's always stuff to be done. So I got my follow up appointment for 3 wks after my ER visit. I get to my appointment and was having really bad pain from my ovary and again I sat there for 3 hours crying in the waiting room to only be told that he will not be coming in today and I had to reschedule. Ok, I was very upset and decided to reschedule anyway. To my amazement they couldn't get me in for another 2 weeks! At this point I ended up going back to ER and of course the same thing happened. So I did not go for a follow up since its so difficult to get and an appointment and the staff made me feel like I was lying about my pain. So again yesterday I was having severe lower back pain accompanied by pain were my ovary is. The hospital noticed my white blood cell count was high and the wanted to keep me and do more testing since my transvaginal ultrasound didn't show my ovaries do to fecal matters. So instead of redoing the ultrasound he tells the ER doctor to test my blood cells again and if there normal to send me home and I can make a follow up appointment. At this point I was beyond angry! I have had constant pain in the same area now for over a month, he switched my birth control to a pill that will stop me from ovulating all together. It took wks to even get that called into the pharmacy. I've been on the pill for a wk now and this is when my pain got worse. Why wouldn't he redo the ultrasound or better yet perform a laparoscopy to make sure everything is ok? My cyst ruptured around the 27th of march, there's no way in heck that it grew back that fast and ruptured again. No way! I had my husband call and explain to him how I've been in and out of pain for over a month now and he told my husband it's normal! It's normal to walk around in pain every day? He does not listen to his patients concerns or think out of the box when it comes to treating patients at all. I would like to be around to see my children grow up and I want to enjoy them now, but how can I if I can't get out of bed do to pain. I feel like he has no care for a quality way of living and I'm proof. I found another doctor who will actually do something to help me and if I find out that because of him I have more damage I will very upset that a so called doctor who is supposed to help u made my situation worse. I do kit and will not ever recommend this doctor to anyone. Thank you Dr. Williams for not helping me!
