The Doctor's lack of diligence and inability to communicate full medical history in a timely manner to other colleagues and professionals is absolutely deplorable. The sudden change in schedules and cancellation of surgery with less than 24 hours notice is a testament to the lack of diligence and professionalism practiced by this physician to inform other colleagues of complications has the potential to put you or your loved ones at risk. His staff is also less than compassionate.

Horrible experience. This Dr. did not explain anything to me. I saw him for approx.2 mins total. He pulled wax out of my ear then squirted something in my nose and left the room. I had no idea that he had put in a numbing solution.He came back in and put a tube down my nose. again I had no clue as to why since my major complaint was a swollen tongue which he did not see. I left there feeling worse than when I went in. Also I have Medicare. They charged me 200.00 for this offensive visit. Would never recommend this Dr.to anyone.

Swore my son didnt have a hearing problem even after bringing in multiple failed hearing test. Was rude. Went to duPont for real medical help. My son is no longer deaf.

The office help is mediocre not very helpful when filling out disablilty forms, or any necessary paper work. They really need to be schooled better with dealing with older patients and insurance forms. Did not make being out of work easy. Would not recommend if you have low stress levels!

My appointment with Dr. Diaz was the scariest appointment I have ever had with a doctor. Within the first 2 minutes of my appointment with Dr. Diaz I was told I would need surgery and that I would have a scar on my face. I was also told that i could possibly have facial structural damage and facial drooping. I was also told I would not be able to "pucker my lips"...I was mortified. There seemed to be no other options for this doctor. He then referred me to a general surgeon, who only works 1 day a week. I would have to stay in the hospital over night after the surgery. After speaking with my husband we did our own research and found that Jefferson Hospital had doctors who could help, and called for a second opinion...There had to be other options. I scheduled my appointment and had the surgery 2 minutes after my consultation and it was a minor surgery. I am no longer in pain, and they did the minor surgery inside my mouth where it is less invasive... unlike what was directed by Dr. Diaz. THANK GOD FOR THE JEFFERSON DOCTORS! Please, just take the drive to an experienced Doctor...go to Jefferson.
