I have had a lot of bad customer service issues at this doctor's office. I just called to make an appointment and at first, I was told it was going to be Feburary 04, 2020. Then they found out , I had been seen there before and now , I cannot be seen until 04 March 2020. I need the recording to be played. I was being shouted at on the phone. Dr. Raber is a fine doctor. Customer Service is bad..

Very thorough with you. Dr. Raber makes you feel comfortable and aware of any procedure you are about to have. Office staff is the best too.
