They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Janoff seems aloof and not interested in helping regulate my medication at all. Whenever I call his office the woman who answers doesn't want to help. She tells me she can't get in touch with the doctor, even though I'm in pain. States "he's too busy." I am switching neurologists and never going back here. I would not recommend this doctor at all. People who are seeing a neurologist are usually very ill and need a caring, compassionate doctor and staff to help them. I called one other time and was told "I really don't know how he's going to help you." This was at a point where I felt hopeless already. Luckily I have a supportive family or else who knows what would have happened.
