Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

No, there weren't many to choose from
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait quite a while

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I don't feel satisfied with how my appointment went, but it wasn't the worst appointment I've ever had. It definitely could have gone better though.
