i have been going here for awhile now since i was very young. but today i will NEVER go here again and i certainly will not refer to anyone to go. they denied my sick daughter a visit because she didn't have the right insurance. even when i told them i would pay them whatever charges. she said no. my daughter is 9 months old. so after waiting 30 min in the small cold waiting room they tell me they cant see her. the staff is slow the doctor doesn't have time to answer my questions or concerns, he comes in and goes out that is it. they do not act as if they care. i am a new mom i have lots of questions and i never get the opportunity to ask the ones i need too. but whatever they still get paid.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, they definitely favor certain clients

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Dr. Lozano is a very good doctor. But his office appearance and staff are low grade.
Also, the doctor is not in this office everyday, only Tuesdays. And if you go on the other days you may encounter a rude doctor named K.
It's a very disorganized place, and overly crowded.
The wait time is ridiculous! Every time I have taken my son there it has taken us 2 hours in total.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. If you have an emergency, run dont even attempt at making an appt. the rude, abnoxious and self centered person who picks up the phone seems to have this down packed to always say, we have no appts for today, only next week or next month. If your child needs to be seen by a doctor in this office make sure you have days or weeks to wait, otherwise find yourself another doctor or go to the emergency room. I have never encountered anyone as rude as the front desk person in this office.
