Unprofessional staff, dirty office. Dr Gentile was nice until I didn't retain the associate he recommended at the rehab after I suffering a stoke. He was angry that I retain his "arch enemy " instead. Before my stoke I expressed concern about congestive heart failure because I was short of breath. My concern wasn't taken seriously.

Terrible. The staff is rude, they don't wear gloves. The dr is a nice man but I was not satisfied with his medical skills to put it mildly. Being a nice man does not get the medical attn that is needed. I had a upper respiratory infection and he didn't even look in my throat or feel my throat. The office is dirty and unsanitary. I would not recommend anyone to go there. It's like you are visiting a free city clinic, maybe worse. I have never seen a drs office so dirty.

Go somewhere else. Dr. Gentile is a nice man but a poor doctor. His office staff is rude and will do nothing for you. They made everything more difficult than it had to be. Wasted months with him to be cleared for a surgery. Switched MDs and was cleared within 2 weeks. Gentile's misdiagnosis and inefficient office staff cost me months in agony. Not to mention that the office is filthy. All they seem to want to do is get you in there as much as they can to submit countless unnecessary visits to the insurance.

Going to this office was probably one of the worst experiences i have ever had in my 50+ years. The office staff is just rude rude rude. The wait is forever, the office is filthy. No one wears gloves, gawd, the girl who took my blood looked like she was wearing a dirty bathing suit. Gentile is a nice man but certainly not a stellar doctor, fair or par at best, if he remembers what is going on with you from visit to visit. His staff is horrendous. They tell you nothing. They caused my surgery to be postponed because they neglected to inform me of blood results until the last minute. They never do referrals in time and if you ask, it's like you're bothering them. If they worked for me, they'd all be fired, including that rude loud and foul mouth wife. And yes, salespeople cut in line even after you've waited over an hour. I waited 2.5 hours today just to get them to create a referral for me, not even for treatment. Just unacceptable all around!.

THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST & MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE EVER! THEY WERE RUDE & NASTY....WHEN WE NEEDED TO SPEAK DIRECTLY TO THE DOCTOR..DR.GENTILE IS A GREAT DOCTOR BUT HIS STAFF MAKES HIM LOOKS HORRIBLE! AND SPECIFICALLY THE "RN NURSE" WHO SAID PERVERTED,AND VULGAR COMMENTS TO OUR GROUP! IF DR.GENTILE IS READING THIS PLEASE CALL PREMIER ORTHOPEADICS BECAUSE WE WOULD LIKE TO PUT A COMPLAINT OUT ON YOUR STAFF & FYI YOU SHOULDNT HAVE STAFF WORKING THERE LIKE THIS ITS EMBARASSING! IF YOU ARE & RN & "WENT TO SCHOOL" YOU SHOULD OF LEARNED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE OBVIOUSLY YOU GRADUATED FROM DUMBASS ACADEMY!
