Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Dr. Raffielli made sure my questions were answered and was direct in his medical advice (in a good way). The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged I was getting proper treatment and diagnostics..
