I had a 4:15 pm apointment, at 6:30 pm the girl in the waiting room finally realized that i was still there , and said to me let me ask you a crazy question, was i here when you signed in ? I said yes , you signed me in changed the insurance on my info and charged me my copay. Then i told her , to give my money back , that i was going to go to a diferent doctor. She never apoligized, she didnt know how to credit me back my money, so after waiting all that time, i left with no check up no money no apoligie, and looking for a diferent doctor, i wont be goin back there again , me or my wife. We where his patients for about 2 years!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
