Dr. Marilyn Vinokur is a true professional. She is knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. She takes time to listen to the patient's concerns, and she communicates the problem and its solution to the patient in an effective manner.

Terrible practice! Their solution for everything is injections or orthodics. They charged me for visits I never went to (on one occasion I wasn't even in the state!) They accused me for 'stealing' one orthodic (why would I want just one orthodic?!?!) The doctor yelled at the office staff in front of me. It took the office staff three times to correctly bill my insurance. I made my statements in full & was still receiving threatening notices about upaid bills. I had to send a copy of the paid in full receipt to make them stop. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect ny of the doctors. It has made me uncomfortable and I will never return. They make no effort to make me feel special or help solve my issues. I don't think they appreciate loyalty from anyone.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I've had to call on more than one occasion either on a weekend or holiday and Dr Marilyn always calls right back with a temporary solution and fits me right into her schedule the next business day. Absolutely the best Doctor one can have!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
