Most intuitive, direct, helpful doctor I've seen. Nurse practitioner Fran is especially compassionate and easy to work with. Have seen strong improvement from a health crisis working with Dr. Lang.

I only go there because I heard he is the best. I found the office to be dismal and dreary. And the girls that worked there looked like it was the last place on earth they wanted to be. I heard staff talking that was unprofessional, and they were talking about their boyfriends, and how upset they were with them. NOT what me as a patient wants to hear..

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments.
