They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
