I find Dr. Kratzer to be knowledgeable and thorough. In addition, his staff is friendly and treats me as an individual. I have been to a lot of specialists including neurologists, and I trust him.

Dr. Kratzer did absolutely nothing to solve my problem. He basically dismissed
it without even doing any tests. He prescribed an anti-depressant for headache
and when I called him (twice I might add) to ask if this was a mistake he never
even returned my phone call. So a month goes by and I get his bill. I send the
bill back with my credit card info and the very next day I was contacted by his
office to inform me that they don't accept credit cards. "Isn't that funny" I
told his receptionist, how quickly you call me when you want to paid, but I'm
still waiting for the doctor to return my phone call regarding the medication he
prescribed. My advice to you would be, go see a different doctor because this
doctor is a joke.
