I find that Dr. Jackson and his associates, are extremely professional and friendly. Accommodating when needed and helpful. Dr. Jackson listens and does everything he can to help his patient.

As for Dr Jackson, he takes time to talk and care for his patients. He is a very kind sole. Lewiston office seems to be very friendly. I have seen Dr Jackson twice in the Bridgton office. This last visit I experienced something with the nurse that has bothered me since my appointment. I am usually one of those people that have all my medications in order, and I thought I did this time. I apparently didn’t and I’m not sure what happened. So much going on these days that I guess I messed up. When Dr Jackson and I was through we said our goodbyes at the check out desk. I got my next appointment and asked for a medication list just to highlight the ones that I am on, at the time the nurse had a remark about me for not having the correct listing when I came in to see him. It would not had bothered me as bad if she hadn’t said it with what looked like to me too the other patient that she was taking care of at the desk. I’m usually one that would say something back but out of respect to Dr Jackson I felt that I would just walk away. Now I’m hoping that something gets said to her from this review . I know that the next time I’m in I will be bring it up.

I felt as though 3 months went by ,after my blood work, and had still not received a phone call from his office, to let me know the results.He told me they would call as soon as the results were in. Also I can't take a lot of the meds prescribed, as I am a school bus driver, and they mess with my head, I have explained this to him,for three years or more.I was told bursitis in my hip, pseudo gout, in my knees and arms, osteo in my hands and back, but have been told by three different surgeons, that the surgeries they were performing on me, all had to do with rheumatoid arthritis, when I asked doctor Jackson, he said,we'll take another blood test, its been a few years, and to this day, I still have not been told the results, when I called, the nurse said "OH" everything was fine! that was it!

Dr. Jackson is a GREAT Rheumatologist! He is professional & caring.I never feel like just a patient. Always treated as he cares. My opinions and concerns are listened to and then used in my treatment plan. I appreciate having him as part of my healthcare team.
