They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax for a second before my appointment. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

They really have a state-of-the-art facility that just blows their competitors out of the water. I was really impressed by their advanced and sophisticated equipment. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

My mother was "treated" by Dr. Bush at a nursing home in Nashua, NH. She was suffering from ingrown toenails. This "Doctor" told her she did not have ingrown toenails, but rather a fungus. She then suffered for 3 more weeks before we could get to another podiatrist who removed nails from both big toes. This seems like a basic diagnosis, but "Dr." Bush missed it. His bedside manner also left much to be desired as he complained that he had to drive to Nashua and she was his only patient. Very unprofessional.
