I am a very good patient, and quite intelligent when it comes to my body and symptoms. I do not call docs at the drop of a hat. I had a bad situation that I needed some guidance about--whether to go to the ER or not.

He called me within 5 minutes. He seemed upset that he was interrupted. He raised his voice. He got angry. He told me, "How do I know if you need to go to the ER, I'm not there with you."

Then he said, "What do you want from me? Drugs?" I replied, "No. Just some quick advice." He got angry and you could hear him on the phone fuming.

These are facts.

I asked him if he was always this upset and angry with patients. That's when he told me, "Have a nice night." and hung up on me.
