Doctor spent little to no time with us at all. He seemed very arrogant and even annoyed that we were there. I would not recommend Dr. Postal to anyone. Unless you would like to be diagnosed in 3 minutes and rushed out the door without any explanation. There are hundreds of ENT's who actually want to help.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
