Office staff doesnt seem to care about customer service. Pam needs a course in HIPPA regulations as she divulged information without my permission to another provider. From my experience It appears as if the patients are mere customers. I had to wait about 10 minutes in the waiting room and then about 15 minutes in the exam room at each appointment. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Doctor does not listen to what you have to say concerning your pain and he does a lot of double talk. Arrogant with poor attitude. He appears to schedule so many minutes to see you and when that time is up he will terminate the appointment and leave. Not a friendly person at all. My knee is worse than before he operated on it!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
