They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
