My insurance claim was submitted incorrectly by the front desk at Dr. Lafazia's office. The billing department at the doctor's office was unwilling to simply change the billing code at the request of my insurance company without a huge fight and dozens of phone calls. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars extra in insurance premiums because of this sloppy clerical error and refusal to correct it. Dr. Lafazia's care was outstanding and he was a very personable guy, but unfortunately the employees who staff his office do not share the same dedication and.... well... CARE!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me.. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I have bean a Patient for over 10 years and will continue to use him!!! I moved to Tiverton recently and Went to a different PCP it was horrible! I now drive the 50 minutes to see Dr. Frank. Dr. Lafazia also Found something with my father that several other Dr.'s missed and he is still alive today because of him!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
