Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I wasn't worried about their equipment in the least. It was safe and well taken care of. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. It was very easy to get a convenient appointment right away. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly.

I went to Dr. Lafazia for several years, and while he is personable, I've never been satisfied. I have never waited less than an hour to see him, and have waited 2 hours on occasion. While patients sit in the waiting area for long periods of time, pharmaceutical reps waltz in and get to see him immediately. He once saw a book I brought with me to read while waiting, and he gave me grief about reading "that liberal bullshit." I don't think it's his place to discuss politics with patients. When I needed documentation for being absent from work, he acted irritated that he had to provide it. When I expressed concern over my mother's mental health (she's also a patient of his) he acted uninterested. Finally, his staff isn't very helpful. And the receptionist with the pierced nose and fake tan is downright rude. I won't go there again.
