Dr. Sexton is excellent, explains everything well, gentle, etc. Nurses too. Office personnel (reception desk is terrible!They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

I brought my 10 year old son here to have an extra tooth extracted from the roof of his mouth. They were extremely kind to him and explained exactly what was going to happen. The very tricky procedure went smoothly and his recovery was surprisingly speedy. Dr. Sexton was very patient in answering all of our questions. The office is a little seedy looking, but overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sexton to others.

I made an appointment for an extraction. The first appointment they could make was over a month away. In the meantime the tooth became very painful so I called them. They moved up the appointment to the following Monday and assured me that aspirin would be sufficient to get through the weekend. I then spent the weekend spending one hour in discomfort and two in throbbing pain as I took the aspirin every three hours. I got no sleep and was ten minutes late to a 7:30 am appointment. They cancelled the appointment as I was sitting in the parking lot and did not reschedule. I would describe the person I dealt with as non-sympathetic, borderline rude. Her communication skills were non-existent and, in my opinion, this is unacceptable for someone whose job includes dealing with people in pain.
