They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the results. All my questions were answered. Dr. Capek is a great doctor!

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. The room I was waiting in, was really warm, beacuse of the sun coming in and the AC was not on or not working? I was kept waiting for a long time.
I was a bit disappointed.
Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.
