Dr. Joan McCormack took the time to learn about my concerns with my current hearing aids, the situations in both my personal and professional life that are affected, and my financial parameters. I was able to try on different styles and options, and the latest technology was explained to me. I never felt rushed or pressured. When I first called for an appointment, I was called back promptly. I like that she did not represent one company, and was focused on finding the best fit for my needs, for both my hearing requirementsw and financial considerations.
