Although I was comfortable with Shane and his staff the fact that two years after a bunionectomy I can't walk properly and my foot remains swollen tells me I should've chose another doctor for my procedure. I went back to Shane a year after the bunionectomy because he told me to give it a year to heal. He treated me with cortizone shots which helped temporarily. Now two years later, after getting a second opinion, I saw on xrays, that my bone never healed where he broke it to do repairs, I have a harline fracture in another bone and at least three small pieces of lose bone in my tow. The cartilage in my joint is completely gone and I have bone touching bone in my joint. Why didn't Shane see any of this when I went back to him a year ago. I don't believe I will use his services again and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
