They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I was referred to dr Zimmerman by an oral surgeon. I found that he was very professional and went over my options and answered every question I posed. He was honest enough to indicate that for my condition I needed to see a specific oral surgeon who could best evaluate my condition. Overall, i was very pleased with the service and attention I received.

Office is very dated in terms of upkeep and technology. Paitent history forms are old and lacking, no space for current medical issues and very little questions about medical history. No doors to exam rooms so very little privacy, you could hear other patients and the doctor talking from the waiting room. Doctor has patients coming in and out of the door so very little time is spent with the patients. He didn't bother explaining any part of the exam process and seemed annoyed when I objected to one part and didn't even answer my question about it. Dismissed my medical concern and said it was something he wouldn't bother treating, which was upsetting considering I was coming to him for the very reason my issue interferes with my daily life. Agreed to having an diagnostic test done, but wouldn't even consider the procedure I was referred to him for. Kept trying to pass me off to an oral surgeon he's affiliated with. Only returning because I can't get an appointment with another ENT till next month.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was satisfied with my visit and would use this office again. I left feeling encouraged.
