There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always return my phone calls within the same day, it's fantastic. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

My experience was mixed. I finally received a diagnosis after years of tests and inconclusive opinions from a variety of specialists. Though his manner is friendly, his approach is very rushed, his speech almost seeming curt, and made me feel anxious and uncomfortable, despite the fact that both of my visits seemed to be without a patient directly before or after me. The second time I saw him, he didn't even bother to look at my chart before entering the room, and proceeded to introduce himself to me as though I were a first-time patient, despite the fact that he had diagnosed me in my initial visit. He proceeded to waste a portion of the appointment reading aloud to me his previous observations, which were only informative for him given that I know who I am. I was, however, very pleased to get a diagnosis, and I really appreciated his letting me know that I could call with questions or concerns at any time.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
