Significant improvement over the last year. Spends more time with patients. Friendlier relationship with patients. Good diagnosis and treatments. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Needs to improve follow-up contact. ( which is a vanishing art in the medical industry). Patients would appreciate a follow-up call and it's great PR.

Wonderful Dermatologist, very knowledgeable... Went to another Derm for 2 years with NO results, went to Dr. Joel Gordon, and my eczema is GONE!!!!!! Friendly & informative office staff, could not be happier with the whole experience!!!! Thank you Dr. Gordon!!! Mary Newk

He was abrupt and all he cared about was my insurance. The appointment was not thurough at all and I will never go back to him or recommend him to anyone.
