The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was very happy with the equipment they used during my appointment. I have never seen more advanced tools, and I knew they were extremely safe. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

I was very satisfied with my visit. Diane was thorough, and gave me options. I would reccomend her to anyone who has had hearing loss. There is such a confusing amount of options out there and she helps narrow in on which ones are best for you.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
