Was told there would be no charge to try on some hearing aids at the office but neglected to say we would have to pay shipping fees (which we decided to pay regardless). Very accusatory and threatening behavior over the phone. Consumer should get everything in writing or record conversations with him before entering the office.

Yes, it was downright irritating!
