Patrick made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I'm glad I went to see them and now have an audiogram on hand to keep track of my hearing and document any loss that may happen over time.
