They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The adult female at the front desk is about as compassionate as a rock. She is very cold and distant. She will make you wait even though she is caught up. She has waited on me for 6 years but acts like I've never been there before. Dr. Whitney is a right wing conservative and passes out cards of candidates he wants you to vote for. He makes annual safaris to Africa and kills exotic animals for sport. How can someone who is supposed to save lives kill animals for sport? Dr. Whitney has hundreds of patients. I've been under his care for 6 years but he has never called me by name. Each time I visit, he seems to have no recall of my case and must look at the computer to get an inkling of why I'm there. This in spite of multiple stent implants and 5-vessel bypass graft. I feel like his Institute pushes patients through like cattle. He should reduce his caseload to provide more effective care and treatment. He is very medically knowledgable. Theses problems can effectively be resolved with some meaningful changes.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.
