While at the office the nurse was amazing! She explained everything in detail and answer all of my questions. Dr. Harvey Serota looked over all of my notes and medical history thoroughly. He made some recommendations and wanted to follow up with me. Overall it was a very pleasant visit.

Dr. Serota is one of the top interventional cardiologists in the nation. His office is very well staffed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
