The doctors are fine, once you get to see one. The main problem I have with this office is the front office. I have been trying to set up an appointment for 3 days. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls when you leave a message. I even faxed a request for an appointment with a copy of authorization and insurance. Once you get an appointment, the wait time in this office is absolutely the worst. I have waited from 1-3 hours on each visit with my child. If my IPA offered an alternative office, I would use it.
