He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
