First visit. Friendly staff, friendly doctors. Wait was about normal as for any doctor but I take that into consideration of the patients he has to deal with. Very detailed. Will continue to go.

When I first made an appointment they told me it would be in seven weeks. When I came in for the appointment they told me it had been cancelled (no notice!) so I made an appointment for two weeks later. At least they told me the day before the second appointment that it also was cancelled. The day before the third appointment I called to confirm and they told me the appointment had been cancelled (again they didn't notify me ahead of time) and that they no longer took referrals from my provider.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. The chairs in their waiting room at this doctor's office weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I sure got the idea that I was adding to their work-load. Not much smiling going on. They make no effort to be flexible in booking appointments. Very frustrating!

Worst experience ever.
I was there for over 2 hours just for a visit.
it took more than a week to make an appointment with Dr. Stein for 2 weeks after i called for an emergency condition. because i heard he's one of the good ones in OC.
1- Retarded front desk made an appointment with another Dr.
2- very unprofessional front desk.
3- very unfriendly Dr
4- they dont respect your time and discomfort.
5- I had to see another Dr out of my insurance network and pay out of pocket
6- they haven't submitted my referrals after 3 days. I had to call 4 times to follow up and still not submitted
7- according to the front desk girl: " nobody runs that office, there's no supervisor to speak to you" and in result ... she talks to you the way she likes and no fear of feedback.
8- very very poor costumer service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
