Dr. Cook patiently listens to every concern I have and explains everything. He is a "teaching doctor", not an authoritarian one. His assistant, Gabe, is knowledgeable in many aspects of recovery, having worked with Dr. Cook for so long. If Dr. Cook is with another patient, Gabe will take my concerns directly to him and I don't leave without an answer. The office staff responds immediately to any questions such as letting me have a copy of the operative report or getting a prescription.
