Dr Rutherford performed a total replacement on my husband and totally ruined his life. He has been in severe pail for over eighteen months.

On his six week visit my husband told him he the therapist felt the pain was from nerve damage. He asked the doctor for med to help the nerve, his answer was that he should see his family physician and if he was still in pain go to a pain clinic.

After much investigation, found an orthopedist who did a test for nerve damage. We were then referred to a plastic surgeon who operated and found the nerve had been pinched in two areas. She released the nerves, but do to dr Rutherford's negligence, the was damaged. He is now undergoing shots in the knee and strenuous pt. the pain is still there.


Dr Rutherford only cares when his surgery is completely successful
