It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The doctor is incredibly irresponsible by his attitude and actions and seem to care more about himself. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. And it was to discuss billing. He barely took any time at all once I did get in.
