I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. billing method is a real scam!! as I was not only billed for a ppo office visit BUT ALSO BILLED FOR A PPO VISIT FROM WABSH GENERAL HOSPITAL. I assume this is for the new building he is located in. CAUSED ME TO PAY FOR 2 OFFICE VISITS. I CONSIDER THIS A RIP OFF AS I AM REQUIRED TO PAY DOUBLE AMOUNT FOR AN OFFICE VISIT!!
