very good shoulder surgeon and a nice guy. Only bad part is that the pain lasts FAR beyond the medication Rx'd for patient's well being. It is well established that less pain correlates with less stress and faster healing. All that said, if needed I would still use Bookout MD if the other shoulder went bad; that is a high compliment on his abilities, especially on shoulder surgeries.

They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still had trepidation. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them most of the time.. They've filled non scheduled med requested by pharmacy, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Their staff is friendly, although they will close the window in your face.
