I find it personally disturbing that Dr Rollo has such high ratings. My experience with him has not been as pleasant and I hope that my review will help you in your decision in providing you with the proper health care, after all, you do deserve to be treated properly.

My experience with him involved a misdiagnosis. It set me back in my progress of recovery. I do not find the misdiagnosis to be particularly shocking; he spent very little time listening and refused to even do minimal work such as ordering x-ray's. In an unrelated visit with him, he made a diagnosis but failed to inform me of it; I found out through my primary care physician. With Dr Rollo, I just feel that his mind is somewhere else. He's physically in the room with you but mentally somewhere else. Please consider your options and choose wisely.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

The only problem with this dr is that if you need surgery he turns you over to his staff (a woman C.M. who is suppose to schedule the surgery). then you have to wait around for her to find the time to call you. She will not take a call or return a call, so you sit around unable to make your own plans. Dr Rollo is great, staff, not so much

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
