Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Every time I come here they always greet me when I walk in the door. They are so thoughtful. I was worried that Dr Cooper would hurry through the diagnostic visit- he did not. He pleasantly answered all of my questions and allayed the fears that had been caused by a previous orthopod. I have seen him twice and. I had a great experience both times.

The waiting room was backed up by more than 2 hours. It was small, cramped, and overheated. Very unpleasant. There was not a single magazine, newspaper, or other reading material available. No wall-mounted television so that patients waiting have a way to make the the several hours they are forced to sit there tolerable. There is no cell signal available for laptop, smart phone, or internet use because the waiting areas are on situated next to an X-Ray room. The adjunct staff (receptionists, nurses) were polite. However, Dr. Cooper, who is clinically brilliant, is rude, abrasive, and impolite. He does not listen to patients' concerns but seems intent on prescribing on a slapdash evaluations. He does not patiently explain anything. This view was voiced by multiple (more than 4) other patients sitting near me during part of the time I waited. All opined that Dr. Cooper was gruff bordering on rude and frequently regarded patients' concerns as unimportant or inconsequential. While I might be willing to discuss some of Dr. Cooper's clinical solutions, his inability to demonstrate any level of compassion or patience after someone spends more than 2 hours waiting to see him in his waiting room is clearly unacceptable both from a patient and a professional provider perspective.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I must Share - broke my rt mid foot in 2004 (acute LizFrank fracture). Dr Paul Cooper Georgetown University Hosp DC (GUH) successfully operated - but horrible follow up - he was neither accessible nor he would listen after the operation.

Lately with extreme pain and swelling, on and off, I got back to crutches - I went to P Cooper GUH, who showed very dismissive approach, forcing me to go to Johns Hopkins Bay View Med Center Baltimore. Luckily found Dr Vivek Sood who listened patiently, identified the problem ( scar tissue in rt big toe) which he removed in the first opd visit. Thanks Dr Vivek Sood
I wish Dr P Cooper who MIGHT be a competent surgeon, be also nice to follow up carefully.
