NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'VE TRIED CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT...CALLED TWICE AND HELD FOREVER!! STILL COULD NOT GET A HUMAN. ALTHOUGH THE OPERATOR (I'M ASSUMING FOR THE MEDICAL CENTER, TOOK ALL INFO, THE MESSAGE STILL DIDN'T MAKE IT TO DR. TRAUTMANS OFFICE. AND YES, I AM TYPING IN ALL CAPS, BECAUSE I AM YELLING. THERE WILL BE MORE FUSS IF THEY ATTEMPT TO CHARGE ME FOR THIS MISSED APPT THAT I'VE TRIED TO CANCEL MORE THAN ONE..
