The office staff over the years has been very courteous and kind. Dr. Lin is one of the best doctors in the area. He is great in his own field but also has tremendous all around medical knowledge. He has always reassured me and explained all facets of any medical condition I may have had. I would highly recommend Dr. Lin and his staff to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I would have no problem giving them a recommendation. If anyone needed a gastroenterologist, I would direct them here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
