I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
